Frozan is a certified Master Colour Technician with a passion for all things colour – from highlights and full colours to bold, creative looks, including balayage. She loves a good challenge and is always excited to bring fresh ideas to life. Fun, friendly, and approachable, Frozan enjoys meeting new people and making every client feel amazing.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll likely find her hiking a trail or relaxing by the lake. She’s all about balance, creativity, and doing what she loves every day.

Level 2 Stylist

Augusto brings extensive experience in both classic and modern hairstyling techniques.

With a keen eye for detail, he specializes in precision cuts for both men and women, expertly blending colours, and creating defined perms for added texture and volume. Known for his consultative approach, Augusto ensures every client receives personalized care and styling guidance.

Specialties: Women’s Cut (Short-Long), Men’s Cuts, Blowout, Full & Partial Highlights, Root & Full Colour, Perms (Consult Required for New Clients).

William Tissert 

Master Stylist & Education Director

William brings a highly specialized skill set to Meloo Salon, expanding the salon’s expertise in textured hair, scalp health, advanced color work, and classic barbering.

His approach to color is precise and highly customized. Known for his work in blonding, William focuses on intentional placement guided by the natural movement and texture of the hair, creating dimensional, wearable blonde that evolves beautifully over time.

He also specializes in grey blending and transitioning using a corrective process rather than a standard service. Going grey is a journey, and William builds a plan that evolves with you, maintaining consistency while protecting the health and integrity of the hair.

William is a full-service stylist for both women and men. He offers precision haircuts, modern short styles, and classic barbering techniques, helping expand Meloo's premium experience for male clients. He also works with clients experiencing thinning hair or hair loss, focusing on solutions that support long-term hair and scalp health.

With firsthand experience caring for type 4C hair, William has a deep understanding of natural texture, curl patterns, and density. He works with curly hair clients to help them better understand their hair and what it truly needs to be healthy, combining education with results.

Every new client experience begins with an in-depth consultation. William takes the time to uncover what clients truly want, even when they don’t have the words to describe it. He looks beyond trends and terminology, factoring in lifestyle, habits, product use, and even environmental influences like water quality to build a clear, personalized plan.

William serves as Education Director for both Meloo Salon and our Hair Xtacy Training Academy, helping elevate the skill set and consistency of the entire team. Outside of the salon, he has served as a color educator and brand ambassador for Goldwell and Oribe.
